The boards
Our story
We're a family shop in Hamilton. Half of it is a deli counter where we make lunch to order. The other half is a market: cheese, charcuterie, chocolate, mustard, preserves, and the sort of things that used to mean a trip to Missoula.
The boards are the part people photograph. Salami roses, imported cheese, fruit cut that morning, and edible flowers when they're in.

Their meats and cheeses are of superior quality to those you would find in a supermarket. We buy them by the pound and take them home regularly.
Their charcuterie boards are extravagant and perfect for parties. Joe and Barbara are very friendly and always stop by for a quick chat.
I ordered a 16 inch meat and cheese plate with no nuts due to allergies. It was beautiful. There were several compliments as the platter was carried to the car.
